    The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, lines twenty and twenty-one by striking out the word “thirty-twelfth” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “twelfth”;

    On page one, section one, line twenty-two, after the word “authority of” by inserting the word “section”;

    And,

    On page one, section one, line twenty-four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the following amendment:

    On page three, subsection 4.2.2, after the words “on a” by striking out the word “quarterly” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “annual”.
